Thank you for choosing To My Niece. These Conditions of Sale govern your purchase of our products and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
1.1. These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made directly from To My Niece, including online, in-store, and bespoke orders.
1.2. All products are handcrafted luxury items. Slight variations in design, color, or finish are inherent to our production process and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.
1.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent to make the purchase.
2. Product Description
2.1. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, colors may vary due to visual effects, screen calibrations, and lighting conditions.
2.2. Minor, unnoticeable changes in design may occur due to the availability of raw materials. These variations are part of the artisanal nature of our products and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.
2.3. Any such variations in color or design are not grounds for exchange.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in your country’s currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.3. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
4. Order Confirmation and Processing
4.1. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
4.2. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or modified without express written approval from To My Niece.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. To My Niece is not liable for delays caused by customs clearances, courier issues, or other external factors.
5.3. Any applicable shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
6.1. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final.
6.2. Products cannot be returned or refunded.
6.3. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product with an un-cut unboxing video evidence. We reserve the right to determine if the product qualifies for repair or replacement.
7. Care Instructions
7.1. Care of the Products once delivered is client’s responsibility, any damage after the product has been received and accepted by the client will not be covered by To My Niece in any manner.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To My Niece is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or order placed shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab.
