1.2. Processing Time: All orders are handcrafted and made-to-order. Standard processing time is 7-14 business days], depending on the complexity of the design. 2. Shipping Timeline

2.1. Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 5-7 business days after the order is dispatched.

2.2. International Shipping: International orders may take  10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

2.3. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, courier delays, or customs processing.

2.4 To my niece is only liable for shipping orders within the promised timeframe, we are not liable for any delay by a third-party courier company under any circumstances. 

3. Shipping Charges

3.1. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depends on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

3.2. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

4. Packaging and Care

4.1. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

4.2. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, Do not accept it, you are advised to take a picture of the parcel and send it to us on whatsapp at +91 86037-00003 to inspect and arrange another delivery for you, no claims will be entertained if you accept the delivery of a damaged parcel. 

4.5 Our products are delivered in high-quality boxes or tamper proof bags, and always with a seal which ensures that it was not tampered with, if the seal is broken, please do not accept or give courier boy any code. 

4.6 To my niece only facilitates the delivery through reliable courier services and is not liable for any damages in transit, couriers are solely at customer’s risk.

5. Tracking Your Order

5.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, whatsapp or SMS.

5.2. You can track your shipment using the provided link or by visiting the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Terms

6.1. Deliveries require a signature or OTP upon receipt. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave instructions for pick-up or simply be returned to us, the re-attempt will be done at an additional cost, to be paid by the client.

6.2. To My Niece is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed packages. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and up-to-date when placing your order.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

7.1. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@tomyniece.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7.2. While we are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to courier errors or customs delays, we will make every effort to assist in tracking and recovering your order.

7.3 We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. To my niece only facilitates the delivery through reliable courier services and is not liable for any damages in transit, couriers are solely at customer’s risk.
