No Refunds Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final, and we encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase. We provide exchanges only in very specific situations outlined below. By purchasing from To my niece, you agree to these terms.
Exchange Eligibility
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, as all our products are custom-made, we have a strict policy when it comes to exchanges.
We will only accept exchanges in the following scenarios:
- Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect, such as stitching errors, incorrect assembly, or other production issues, we will offer an exchange for the same product.
- Wrong Product or Colour Sent: If we send you the wrong product or the wrong colour compared to what was ordered, we will offer an exchange for the correct item.
Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange under the above circumstances, the following conditions must be met:
- Unboxing Video Requirement: To verify that the product was received in its current condition, we require that you provide a video of the unboxing process. This video must show the product clearly, with the packaging intact, and should demonstrate that no damage occurred after the product was opened. The video must be uncut and unedited to clearly show the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
- Timeframe for Reporting Issues: The unboxing video must be provided within 2 days of receiving the product. If you fail to provide the video within this timeframe, we will not be able to process your exchange request.
- Return Shipping: Once we confirm the exchange eligibility, we will guide you through the process of returning the product. We will arrange for the return shipment in the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect products.
Non-Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect Size or Colour Selection: Since all our products are custom-made based on your selections, we cannot accept exchanges for products that do not meet your personal preferences regarding size, colour, or design. We strongly encourage you to double-check your selections before completing your order.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind after receiving the product.
- Use or Damage After Receipt: We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been used or damaged after you received them. Any products that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.
- Products Not in Original Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition. They should not be altered, washed, or worn in any way. Products must also be in the original packaging.
Process for Exchange
If you believe your item is eligible for an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team at contact@tomyniece.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, detailed description of the issue, and the unboxing video as mentioned above.
- Assessment: Our team will review your exchange request and the unboxing video. If the request meets the conditions, we will approve the exchange and provide instructions on how to return the item within 7 working days.
- Return the Item: Once your exchange is approved, you will need to return the item to us. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
- Exchange Processing: After we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process the exchange. Shipping of the exchanged item will be handled by us (in the case of a manufacturing defect or wrong product).
Exclusions
- Products purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales are not eligible for exchange unless they meet the criteria above.
- Customizations: Products that have been customized with specific requests (e.g., personalized engravings, custom prints, etc.) are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error in the customization process.
Shipping Fees
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for the initial order are non-refundable, even if the exchange is accepted.
- Return Shipping Fees: Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Exchanged Product Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs of sending the exchanged product to you, if the exchange is due to an error on our part (defect, wrong product/colour).
Partial COD
To My Niece offers a Partial Cash on Delivery (“Partial COD”) facility for select orders. Under this service, customers are required to pay 30% of the total order value in advance to initiate order processing.Please note:1. The advance amount paid under the Partial COD facility is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable against any other order, design, or credit note.2. Once an order has been confirmed and the partial payment has been made, no cancellations, modifications, or refusals at the time of delivery shall entitle the customer to any refund or adjustment of the advance amount.3. Orders placed under the Partial COD facility may require additional processing and dispatch time as compared to prepaid orders. Customers requiring urgent deliveries are advised to opt for prepaid orders to ensure timely dispatch.4. All other clauses under To My Niece’s No Exchange / No Return Policy shall apply in full to Partial COD orders.By placing an order with To My Niece, whether prepaid or under the Partial COD facility, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund & Exchange Policy and any other applicable policies of To My Niece.
