If the package appears damaged, Do not accept it, you are advised to take a picture of the parcel and send it to us on whatsapp at +91 86037-00003 to inspect and arrange another delivery for you, no claims will be entertained if you accept the delivery of a damaged parcel.
4.5 Our products are delivered in high-quality boxes or tamper proof bags, and always with a seal which ensures that it was not tampered with, if the seal is broken, please do not accept or give courier boy any code.
4.6 To my niece only facilitates the delivery through reliable courier services and is not liable for any damages in transit, couriers are solely at customer’s risk.

6.1. Deliveries require a signature or OTP upon receipt. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave instructions for pick-up or simply be returned to us, the re-attempt will be done at an additional cost, to be paid by the client.
